Itching Machine which is also commonly termed as ‘MARKING SYSTEM’ has its application in almost all the Industrial Sectors. Itching Machine can be used for making permanent identifications mars on Tools, Dies, Jigs & Fixtures, Spare Parts, components, etc. made of Steel of various grades & Alloys, Aluminium, Brass. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

•   Input power supply : 230 V AC. Single phase, 50 Hz.

•   Output : Suitable low tensions.

•   Marking voltage : Variable as per requirement.

The marking kit basically comprises a control unit, from which one lead is connected to a sponge pad assembly, and the other lead is connected to the contact plate assembly. It comprises of electrolytes (electro chemical solution) , special stencils .

Special services like supply of special stencils for monograms/emblems, electrolyte solutions etc. offered by manufacturers.

We also manufacture specially designed Itching machine along with specially designed fixtures as per requirement of the job for marking purpose for specific jobs & at specific places with special codes.

Note :
Ordinary markings like name, part or code mo., batch no., date etc. can be typed (or even written on stencil paper with sharp stylus pen or ballpen like instrument). Special markings like an emblem/symbol/monogram/logotype/trademark device, etc., require the special “screen”, for which we will be helping you. You may need to supply us with an artwork or photo print for this purpose.
